1.Specification:

2.Advantages:
1).27 The structure has strong versatility and short development cycle. The mold is universal, and the core height is covered (150-307) mm.
2). High performance. The chip adopts a large Angle structure and the flow channel adopts a type I structure, which can adjust the performance by the number of layers of the chip to meet the performance requirements of customers.

4). Stable process. The main plate adopts 400T continuous die stamping, and the water chamber end plate adopts 400T continuous die stamping, with error prevention function.
5). High performance. According to the conditions provided by customers, the optimal size of the core is determined by theoretical calculation and CAE simulation to meet customer requirements.
3.Function:
1).in the cold winter and even late autumn and early spring, the car warm air system can provide heating to the car and improve the temperature in the car;
2). in winter, spring and autumn, when the air humidity is large, the temperature difference between inside and outside the car is large, the window glass will frost fog, thus affecting the driver's line of sight, is not conducive to driving safety, at this time, open the warm air system can remove the frost fog on the window glass.
