Oil cooler
1.Specifications：
At present, our commonly used oil cooler products have four kinds of products with different core thicknesses: 16mm, 18mm, 20mm and 30mm. Different core thicknesses have different specifications. Details are as follows:
1）.16mm core:See attached table
2). 18mm core: 2×18 extrusion tube and 8×18 Fin( peak distance 3mm dispersion) .
3). 20mm core: the products are stacked oil coolers：flat tube groove plate: 5.8*20, material 4433/3003/4343, inner fin: peak height: 2.23-2.25, width 12.8, peak distance 5.5, material: 3003, dispersion zone: peak height 7.78-7.82, width 20, peak distance 3.0, material: 3003.
4). 30mm core|:See attached table
2.Advantages：
1）. The specifications of the oil cooler can basically meet the market requirements, and the core body has strong versatility.
2）. Adopt tubular structure and laminated type, high welding rate.
3）. Low cost, core weight to spare parts homemade, mature process.
3.Function：
Oil cooler is mainly used for vehicle, construction machinery, ships and other engine lubricating oil or fuel cooling. The main material of the product includes aluminum, copper, stainless steel, castings and other metal materials. After welding or assembly, the hot side channel and the cold side channel are connected into a complete heat exchanger.
