Intercooler
1.Specifications:
At present, our intercooler products have five kinds of products with different core thicknesses: 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 64mm and 80mm. Different core thicknesses have different specifications. Details are as follows:
1) 25mm core: 6×25 cold-drawn tube with 3 holes and 10.05×25 Fin
2) 30mm core:a)7.6×30 high-frequency tube turbulent flow zone window and 6.5×30 Fin
b) 7.6×30 high-frequency tube turbulent flow zone window and 10.05×30 Fin
3) 32mm core: 7.6×32 high frequency tube turbulent zone with no window and 10.05×32 Fin.
4) 64mm core: 8.08×64 high frequency tube turbulent zone window and 6.67×64 Fin
5) 80mm core: 7.88×80 high-frequency tube turbulent zone with no window (and S type) and 6.67×80 Fin
2. Advantages:
1). Intercooler specifications can basically meet market requirements, and the core body has strong versatility.
2). Pipe belt structure, high welding rate.
3). Low cost, core weight to spare parts homemade, mature process.Iii.
3.Function:
The intercooler is actually a component of turbocharging, and its role is to reduce the high temperature air temperature after supercharging to reduce the heat load of the engine, increase the intake volume, and then increase the power of the engine. For the supercharged engine, the intercooler is an important component of the supercharging system. Whether it is a supercharged engine or a turbocharged engine, it is necessary to install an intercooler between the supercharger and the intake manifold.
